I moved how beg leave to Supplement my letter of 30th July last by the following statement

It is one with which I did not hitherto deem it necessary to trouth His Grace, as. the injury which it involves arose from a Department over which His Grace holds Nevertheless

it has been suggested to me. that the Secretary of State for the Department to which Ibelong, ought to have before him in full. the hard measure of treatment which thave suffered from first to lack in the Public Service, on the
